Great Minds Together is excited to announce a new and innovative evidence-based programme for change.

Partnering with Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight, GMT have been working with stakeholders across Education, Health and Social Care since November 2024, reviewing existing pathways to see how they can be improved with a practical, hands on, cost-effective solution in order to prevent wrongful hospital admissions for Neurodivergent people, as well as unnecessary police intervention, and where possible, prevention of children being accommodated by the Local Authority
